Construction Details:

Dress: the bodice was made with a darker purple from regular satin; it is fully boned, interfaced, and lined. The skirt was made of 2 layers of box pleats (at the waist only) using a lighter shade of purple of matte satin.

Armors: armors were made using EVA foam with black worbla on the back side for sturdiness and painted with metallic acrylic paint.

Crown: made with eva foam covered in black worbla and attached with a clear tiara comb.

Staff: the most difficult piece of this cosplay. It was made with a wooden dowel, custom cut polycarbonate sheet, insulation foam, plastic sheets, removable LED lights, and hot glue.

Shoes: using a 4" chunky platform heels as a base, I added the removable armors made with EVA foam and ribbons

Styling Notes

Because the Jeannie comes with detachable clip, the clip was cut in half and made into another piece to add volume to the ponytail. The bangs and ponytail were thinned and layered. Magenta gradient was added at the bottom of the ponytail and bangs using FW Ink & Alcohol method
