Construction Details:

I used black matte satin (not sure where it came from, I just had it in my fabric stash) for all of the black parts (skirt, collar, choker, and glove rolls) and Casa matte satin in Tawny (2017 winter collection) for the bows.

Personal Thoughts:

YAYYYY I finally get to cosplay mah girl Pluto!! So excited to cosplay her since I always thought I would look nice as her with my skin tone, and I always feel proud to cosplay characters with darker skin tone. Of course, some versions of Pluto don't show her as being darker, but tbh, I think she looks best when she is! She's also just such a mature and regal looking scout. I feel so elegant when I cosplay her =D
