Construction Details:

Bought the uniform from a friend when it came in a size to large for her. This is a simple composite experiment: Photographed a life-sized halloween decoration skeleton with chains and red butterflies inside, and use wire frame and invisible thread to rig blue butterflies overhead. Then took photo in cosplay in exact same position as Skeleton, and overlayed the skeleton over exposed area of my chest lol. Fun times. Not the most technical photographer, but this was a great time doing it myself.
