Construction Details:

Very easy costume to make. We used Simplicity pattern 8160 to make the pleated skirt and sailor collar in Yuki's school uniform colors. The shirt was modified from a thrift store. We removed the sleeves and constructed our own ruffle to mimic Yuki's shirt. We found pink knee high socks at a local store and sewed on the ruffle around the top. For the circles on her socks my mom used her cricut to cut the shapes and ironed on the white vinyl. My mom made the cat hat out of fleece by making her own pattern and made Yuki's cute clip from felt.
