Construction Details:

This took hours of detail work. My first and last entry into intermediate in a masquerade, even though I have almost no experience, so that was cool. The lace is all tea-dyed to match, I used more than 5 different kinds easily. The beautiful and realistic ice cream clips were made by dear friend Doodledot Cosplay. Everything else was a love-hate ruffle creation of my own.
