About this Costume
Construction Details:
I sewed the bunny suit, wrist cuffs, neck bandana, and shoe straps.

It was my first time making a bunny suit and I might have over engineered it when it came to the boob cups but I didn't want to take any chances. I probably should have used metal boning instead of the cheap plastic boning I bought from Joann's, but that'll be a project for next time. The bunny suit has a back zipper so I can get in and out of it, and I put in clear bra straps out of paranoia (plus it was covered by the sheer bodice sleeve things). All of the gold bits was made with some leftover gold vinyl fabric and Heat 'n Bond which ended up both saving me a ton of time (no need to sew) and spending a lot of time (SO MUCH IRONING). Snaps were used to close the wrist cuffs as well as keep them in place on my white gloves.

I'm really proud of the bunny hat and Easter egg! The hat is a hollow styrofoam half sphere that was cut and sanded into the bunny shape, and then some craft foam, wire, and felt was glued on for the ears. The Easter egg base was bought off of Amazon and I used painters tape to make a template for all the triangles. I used sticky cardstock paper for the triangles that were adhered onto the egg, and then I used Mod Podge Extreme Glitter to seal it all down. Then I used leftover white sticker paper to make the Ylissean sigil. The egg is also hollow and comes with a handle so I could carry lighter items inside of it!
Personal Thoughts:
I felt so cute wearing thisssss *u* I'm not even a major Lucina fan but I do acknowledge that she seemed so happy to wear a cute bunny outfit for the paralogue! Also, maybe this will give me good RNG luck for the Spring Festival focus event so I can land me a Bunny Chrom.................
