Construction Details:

I hand stitched the embroidery on the skirt (I used 3d paint for the thinner lines)
n I followed a tutorial for braiding hemp for the necklace and making a hawaiian flower crown. The pendant is fimo clay that I painted with nail polish, it opens! The small puka? shells on her bodice are oval buttons I spray painted white and sewed on. I dyed the pinkish orange parts because I couldn't find the color I wanted in a stretchy fabric.I hand painted the bodice too!

n I used my own hair with some extensions from ebay

I spent a lot of time on this costume ooooops.
