Construction Details:

Bought the entire summer outfit with intention of replacing all the ribbon stripes with bias tape because my biggest peeve with premade outfits is that they keep using cheap ribbon for stripes... and then I got lazy. Yeah!

Personal Thoughts:

When the CCS Clear Card OVA was announced to premiere at Anime Expo I knew I wasn't going to have enough time to whip out a sewn cosplay so I decided to buy it online (first premade outfit I made in a LONG time lol), and I was really hype to wear it to the premiere but I got caught up in the 5 hour wait that was Day 1 badge pickup... :(
