About this Costume

This was really a headache in it's own because I had no idea what I was doing it. I kept drafting patterns and thoughts down and just winged it to see what happened. I had to actually made a mock up for the cross jacket and it somehow worked? I wish I made it slightly smaller though but what can I do?
n
nThe entire outfit itself was a mysterious.. The top of the dress was made separately because I had some idea on what to do. I winged it to add a thick bias tape to make the top cleaner and it worked. The skirt part was a semi-circle but it became smaller than one as the organza gave it some stretch in a weird way? I had to struggle much to make it sit the way I wanted and show as much as I wanted.
n
nThe bow is made with two pieces of thick bias tape, one attached to the actual outer jacket dress and another attached to the mini skirt. It tied together into the bow and it somehow worked! The moon accessories were made of worbla.
n
nThe ribbon on her legs were hand sewn onto stockings and man.. this is the first time I did that and I made so many runs into the stockings and I don't think I can re-use them more than once more.. I guess I got to be careful then? - Personal Thoughts:
- I originally wanted to default G Luna but that somehow because G NEXT version because it was more appealing to me and I didn't have to deal with making the wig more moon shape than it is LOL
n
nI really like Luna and Am, how they interact together and how the series made them grow to where they are! Unfortunately they aren't appearing much in NEXT but I hope they will!

- Styling Notes
- I just trimmed everything down and hairsprayed it to make it more fluffy.
