Construction Details:

Bought a bikini off eBay but I didn't like the color so I tinted it with some synthetic fabric dye. I had to find matching fabric for all the other parts and I was lucky enough to find something that had a vertical striated texture! I added red bias tape to the edges of all the blue parts. The little accessories (hand thingies, arm thingy, necklace) were assembled by me. The base of the hat was bought off of eBay and I added the rest myself. The red hibiscus flower probably costed more money than the entire hat combined since I couldn't find anything big enough. T_T;; I hand painted the beachball with acrylic paint.

Personal Thoughts:

I blame JestersLabyrinth for convincing me to wear anything Fate related. Although, now I play the game so at least that's something good going on, which is nice.
