Construction Details:

I used a princess seamed gown and then customized the pattern by making the skirt fuller. The gown is black/purple iridescent taffeta and sunshine casa satin. The skirt is casa satin in liberty. I drafted the sleeves from scratch as well. I used gold glitter vinyl from SYFabrics for the necklace and bracelets. I covered them in black AB half pearls. The headpiece is made from 2 different kinds of crystal trim, silver filigree findings, and Swarovski crystals.

Styling Notes

The wig is an Ororo and two mid clips with two of the clip in buns. I soaked it in fabric softener to make it less static prone.
