Personal Thoughts:

I've created the character of the Fangirl. She's a fan of a lot of things, including Doctor Who. But there's too much to fit into one outfit. This outfit is devoted to the 21st Century Doctors (War-???). This allows not only for each Doctor to be more easily shown, but it allows for room to add regenerations.
