About this Costume

The base of the head is a halloween trick or treat bucket and a skull masquerade mask. The head comes apart into three pieces. The skull, the face and the jaw. Each piece is put on separately and velcros together on the inside.
The body is made of EVA foam that has been scored and heat treated to bend appropriately. The shoulders are actually large christmas ornaments I had been saving for years with no purpose! Haha! They called me crazy! They were cut to shape with a dremmel tool. The entire chest and shoulders were covered in quilters batting and then covered in spandex. The shorts have a foam waist band covered in metallic spandex. The boots are knock off uggs with a large piece of foam around the calf. I custom patterned a boot cover to make out of PVC stretch vinyl. I am extremely proud of the boots! The gloves were also custom patterned since Papyrus' gloves are some strange form of mitten with only an index finger, a thumb and the rest is in a mitten! They are stuffed with batting for a cartoony look!
