Construction Details:

I used Peau de Soie Satin for all of the orange parts (skirt, collar, choker, and glove rolls) and Casa Satin for the three bows.

The suit is matte spandex and lined as well! The brooch is made of resin. I have tutorials on how I made the collar and front bow on my YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/MomoKurumi3/videos

Personal Thoughts:

Venus is one of the last scouts I thought I'd do (since blondes are always so iffy on me), but I couldn't resist her cheerful orange outfit, and her adorable personality. While Mars and Neptune are my favorites, my personality is really more of a mix of Mercury and Venus, to be honest. I'm generally shy and quiet at first, but once I'm comfortable with people, I'm really bubbly and silly like Venus, haha. It was really fun getting to portray her! She's not as serious as Mars or especially Neptune, which were the other two scouts I had cosplayed prior to Venus!
