Construction Details:

This was my first time making a pleated skirt, which wasn't too hard to learn but required plenty of patience. The only thing not sewn by me was the white base leotard.

Personal Thoughts:

My favorite cosplay bar none. Sailor Moon was my hero growing up.

Styling Notes

I want to re-style the buns, as they were the most difficult part. I took the extra wefts that I cut off from the ponytails and covered two styrofoam balls to create the buns. I trimmed, teased and curled the bangs to give them shape.
