Construction Details:

I shortened the sleeves of a kimono that I had already sewed years ago for Rin from Karakuri Burst (a Vocaloid song which I never ended up cosplaying). Whipped up the hair accessory, the inner layer of the kimono and an obi which I hand painted stripes onto.
