This doesn't really apply to a costume like this. I did have to remove some accent buttons and dart the waist of the striped shirt, but it took less than an hour.
For someone trying to make the outfit, I recommend thrift stores and Amazon

Personal Thoughts:

Since this outfit is all standard clothes, it was crazy easy to put together - I think I ordered a cardigan off amazon and already owned everything else.
Cosplaying her was really fun though, because no one likes this character. I had people coming up to me to say, "ew why" all day long :)
