Construction Details:

This costume is entirely EVA foam, craft foam, hot glue, contact cement, and tears! First time making anything out of EVA foam and I'm surprised with how light and durable it was! I have a Zeta Gunpla kit that I used as a 3D reference which was super helpful. We plastidip'd and spray painted the pieces and my boyfriend did the weathering and detailing! The whole thing is attached with buckles, heavy duty velcro, vinyl webbing straps, heavy elastic, and determination.

Personal Thoughts:

Oh man this was my most ambitious cosplay yet and I am SO happy with how it turned out. I love Zeta Gundam and really wanted to cosplay Mika Akitaka's Gundam girl version of the titular mobile suit!
