Construction Details:

Used a long skirt pattern, adding a bit of a skirt train for added look. The little town is all hand painted on free hand. Each snowflake has a few different rhinestones done on it. Lots of paining and gluing on different parts. Hat is done very carefully and actually lights up.

Such a cute design with so many hidden little details!
