Construction Details:

The dress is a few shades of pink satin. The skirt one-and-a-half circle skirt, and the bodice was altered from an Elizabeth Swann pattern from Simplicity, with the shoulder piece sewn on top. The cape is red velvet, and the fur is faux fur stuffed with cotton batting and sewn on. The cape itself is 3/8 of a circle so that it would hang over my shoulders but not occupy too much space, and the capelet and hood were both drafted from scratch using my measurements.

Personal Thoughts:

This is probably my favorite of Belle's dresses, and I'm glad I finally got the chance to make it!!!
