Construction Details:

This was not the first time I've made a magical boy coat. I made Enpinard as a commission back when the anime first came out that when I was given the chance to make it again for Otakon, I jumped right on it because I knew the tricks for this weird design.

nEverything was made out of Kona cotton, lined with basic lining fabric. Everything was custom drafted to fit my body as accurate as possible to the original design.

nThe tails are lined with wire that I can bend and fold for transport but also to keep the tails up and flat. It's a pain to do but the effect is just perfect.

nThe gem was made from basic sculpy clay that was primed, painted, and glossed with a safety pin on the back. Wig was from Ebay and needed just a simple trim along the bangs.

nShoes are from Goodwill that I used for a base for the shoes. The boot covers are glued down.

nGloves are from Party City lol

Personal Thoughts:

He was not my first choice, nor in my top 3 to cosplay from, but I honestly had so much fun being the money obsessed loser that I cant explain...It was just AMAZING. Plus I had the whole squad all weekend. It was a very fun time and I'm glad I got to be a part of it.
