I couldn't have made this without the long-distance advice from Jo (Envel) and some wonderful tutorials! I took parts of Cupcakes Cosplay's tutorial for the suit itself, SparklePipsi's bow tutorials and NyuNyu's stretch boot cover tutorial!

nI learned a lot through making this costume and finally got to do and use techniques and materials I never have before and wanted to. This was a challenge in that sense, despite it being a fairly "simple" costume. Still a lot of trial and error and a lot of love and time, but I'm very pleased with the end product!

Personal Thoughts:

Chibi Chibi is very underappreciated~! I have always wanted to make a Sailor Senshi outfit but I'm a little to chunk to pull off any of the main characters well, so a little girl makes sense.... Also she boss. And someday Jo will be my Sailor Cosmos!

Styling Notes

Basically I came up with my own way to do a heart odango with plastic canvas, a yarn needle and wefts. I'm pleased with the results however it could be better, so I took them apart and am revamping them for next time.

Wig Review

Had to take it in using Envel's tutorial b/c my head is smol.
