Construction Details:

The dress is made from a combination of spandex and satin (the lighter parts) since I couldn't find a stretch in the right color so close to Halloween/the wear time. The pattern is based on my trusty bodysuit pattern since I didn't want to have darts/weird folding around the chest area--I just started drafting the pieces starting at the upper stripe so that they'd be a skirt rather than clingy bodysuit legs. The ascot is a casa satin in an acid green.

Personal Thoughts:

Scooby Doo was my favorite cartoon growing up!! We've been talking about doing the gang for Halloween for three or so years, so I'm glad I finally got to this. Hopefully one day we can have the other two with us since our Velma is up and away and no one likes Fred, apparently.
