Personal Thoughts:

The large braid is comprised of 2 large Arda braids braided together and then connected and covered with a hair ribbon at the back. The smaller braids at the front are stuffed tubes of fabric that were braided and folded to give the hairpiece extra stability. The jewelry is sewn directly into the braids. Everything is sewn onto a thin headband to allow for minimal pinning while wearing it.
