Construction Details:

everything in this costume was bought and altered. I added the yellow trim on the cardigan, made the armband, broach, hairbow, wings, and heart pins on the cardigan. I altered a turtleneck neckline, hemline, added trim and painted the design on the front. I dyed the shorts and added the trim and painted striped on the thigh highs.
