About this Costume

Corset, 4 layers, with spiral steel boning, underwire, grommets in back. Fosshape shoulder armor, iron on vinyl detailing. Hand-made gold bias tape. White stretch vinyl boot covers. Flag was hand made by me. Flag pole painted by me. Whip made by me, red stretch vinyl over upholstery cording.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I love this arc in the story and Lucy is my favorite character in Fairy Tail so I couldn't help but make this costume
