Construction Details:

bought an ouran highschool uniform jacket and added the breast pocket with the emblem on it. the rest was bought and slightly altered. i was just, looking for ccs highschool uniforms on ebay and they were like over $50 but ouran unforms also came up and they were like half the price and like, pretty much the same thing. luckily i had some scraps of blue fabric that mostly matched to make a little breast pocket. most scraps for the emblem and i used the sticky iron on stuff and top stitched everything down. did the same for the button up shirt. already had one and just stuck and emblem on the pocket. had some decent boys dress pants and a belt. bought the shoes from the thrift store but i painted the sole black to be slightly more accurate. wig from match but i got a new one from epic that's better.
