Construction Details:

The dress is some fuchsia casa satin I had already and I got the scallop white cotton lace at a fabric yard sale 6 months prior. Used a simplicity sleeveless dress pattern and also lined it.
nWig is a simple yellow wig I got off of ebay. All I had to do is style the bangs and straighten the wig a little with a straightener.
nUsed Kat Von D's matte liquid lipstick in the color Backstage Bambi to draw my lips fuller and make it stay all day.
Because Francine has a simple gold circle pendant, I decided to get something a little more intricate. I found a silver pendent that said Mother on it and all little sweet words describing a mother. Thought it was very fitting so I painted it gold and got a gold chain to go with it.

I got very comfortable hot pink stilettos from Payless that matched the dress really well.
I made Klaus the goldfish out of scupty light and painted him with metallic orange acrylic paint and sealed him with triple thick top coat. Got a plastic fish bowl from pet smart and filled it with blue powerade :3

Personal Thoughts:

Last year I gave American Dad a chance and fell in love with it! My favorite character is Franny, so obviously I wanted to cosplay her! Surprised how recognized as the character I was at the con!
