About this Costume
Construction Details:
The Tiara, earrings, and gem for the choker were all purchased from Catzia's collectibles.

For the gloves I used the over the elbow gloves from WeLoveColors.com in white. The glove rolls were made with Casa Collection Satin Solids in Black, cut on the bias, and stuffed with 22/32 piping filler. I then hand tacked them to the pre-purchased gloves. Tutorial I used for the glove rolls -> http://envelcosplay.deviantart.com/art/Sailor-Moon-Sailor-Senshi-Glove-Roll-Tutorial-520609460

The chest and butt bows were made with Casa Collections Satin Solids in Eggplant using SparklePipsi's bow pattern and tutorial -> http://www.deviantart.com/art/Sailor-Bows-Tutorial-and-Patterns-458987866

I used Craft Fuse interfacing instead of Decor bond because that is what I had in my stash. I think it is actually stiffer than the Decor Bond too. There are snaps on the back of each bow so I can switch them out for the Crystal!Pluto bows in the future.

The choker is a tube of the Black Casa Satin cut on the bias and sewn to measure 3/4" in width. The gem, from Catzia Collectibles, is E6000'd onto the choker. There are two snaps sewn in the back.

The boots are Funtasma Gogo boots that are trimmed into the V in the front with patent leather white vinyl I purchased from OnlineFabricStore.com for Nonon last year. I used this tutorial ->http://nyunyucosplay.deviantart.com/art/Sailormoon-Boot-Trim-Tutorial-463445155

The bodysuit was made with a heavyweight matte spandex and the basic fuku pattern that Kathrine Zan sells in her webshop -> www.kathrinezan.com

I also used this pattern for the collar, however mine snaps to the body suit rather than being sewn to the body suit. I used the Casa Collections Satin Solids in Black for both the collar and the skirt.

The skirt is a basic circle skirt that has 3x my waist measurement in order to give enough fabric to pleat. It is finished off with a narrow hem.
Personal Thoughts:
Sailor Pluto has definitely always been one of my favourites. Who better to start of my fuku making days with her. (Let's be honest, hers is the easiest, no sleeve rolls and no stripes on the collar XD)

The only things she and I don't have in common is the fact she is studying Physics and she is a Scorpio. It is a match made in heaven!!

Styling Notes
After pulling up part of the wig into a ponytail I used a premade bun from Arda Wigs that is pinned in place. The ends of the wig are trimmed into a subtle point to emulate the shape she has in the anime. After trimming the bangs I used hot rollers and a lot of hairspray to get the 90s bangs.
