Construction Details:

There were three main components to this cosplay: the hat, the dress, and the sword. The hat is a store-bought pirate hat, and I attached the gold coins and blue feathers to add some pirate flair. The dress was a simple shape, and all the blue detailing was done with lots of bias tape. The sword was made of stiff foam-board, which was then covered in tape and spray painted.

This wig is thick, and got tangled too easily.
