Construction Details:

This is the first time I made a bunny suit and I definitely learned a lot. So much to improve for the next time! I used a 4-way stretch spandex fabric with holographic foil dots on it! I wanted a fabric that was sparkly/glittery without having to spray glitter or using a fabric with glitter on it. The bunny suit is made with the layer of pink spandex fabric which I interfaced, heavy muslin for the boning, and satin for lining. I cut the white scallops out of upholstery vinyl and sewed it with the bunny suit. It has 22 pieces of boning in it and has a zipper closure in the back. I slip stitched the leg holes closed so there'd be no stitching on the outside.

I drafted the collar and used the same pink fabric for the bow. I sewed the cuffs and made shoe covers for the heels so it'd matched the rest of the outfit. I made the bunny ears out of wonderflex and covered it with the pink fabric, and the crown is made out of wonderflex and painted. They're all attached onto a headband.
