Construction Details:

The skirt was bought off of taobao. I used an old black sweater to make her shirt. I turned the shirt inside out to draw the detail lines on her outfit. I attached the sailor fuka part onto the sweater once it was fixed. I then added yellow ribbon for the trim of her sailor fuka and then made the tie of her uniform out of yellow fabric. I bought the patch for her uniform on etsy. The white turtleneck was bought from Uniqlo.

Personal Thoughts:

I wore Rise with a group of friends at SacAnime Winter. Rise is my favorite character and I love cosplaying as her.
