Construction Details:

Jacket was based on McCalls' M4745. It's made of gabardine and lined in gold. Working with the metallic gold fabric I chose to make bias tape and the little appliqu?? bits with was not very fun. Gloves are based on sew-ing.com's free gusseted glove pattern. Kneepads are heat-formed foamies and vinyl. The metal details like buttons, pins and studs are made of Sculpey clay.
