Construction Details:

First time using horse hair braid for a skirt! made a simple bodice pattern with puffy sleeves, and a slightly gathered circle skirt for the blue parts of the outfit. the locket was bought at forever 21. i believe the apron is a gathered half circle skirt? or just a gathered rectangle.
