I found a white bird to use as the main base for this, using acrylic paint throughout for the base color and detailing. Added beads, a tassel and made the wood sandals, attaching them to the feet,

Personal Thoughts:

Thought far to long on whether I wanted to cosplay this hipo. He won in the end. Especially Beni.
