Construction Details:

I used two different patterns for the dress and the collar. The dress is made from a black peachskin and has an invisible zipper on the side. The necklaces were made by me, I strung gold beads onto several strands of tigertail and hooked them all up together with chains.

Personal Thoughts:

I was interested in Fubuki when I started watching the anime and instantly fell in love with her when I saw her fight with Saitama in the manga. I needed to cosplay her. I also dragged my friend (now boyfriend) into being a Blizzard Group lackey
