Construction Details:

The skirt is a knife-pleat skirt with about 1.5in pleats. The bow around her neck, I stuffed with quilt batting to make it seem poofier. The bows were a little difficult to put together but I tried my best to be accurate to the anime's shape.

Personal Thoughts:

I was so excited to find the grey jacket at Goodwill! I also had this fabric planned for a ToraDora cosplay but I thought it would be perfect for Chiyo's skirt!
