Construction Details:

Staff is modified off of an extendable mop! Circular base and the smaller spikes are insulation foam, longer spikes are cardboard. Everything covered in paper mache, then coated, painted, sealed~ The red gem at the staff base is an extra from the batch that I resin-casted for kougyoku ages ago.
