Construction Details:

Although the costume was somewhat straightforward (dying/editing of existing garments), much love was put into the props as well as the hair for this costume. I spent hours solving Rosalind's gravity-defying hairstyle so that I could accomplish it using my own hair (no wig!) -- including some creative use of bun rolls to create the back puff and enable my hair to tuck inside it as Rosalind's does (rather than creating a french twist, which would've been inaccurate). The hairstyle took a combined total of about two weeks of attempts to perfect.

As for props, in addition to a hand-painted numeric baseball (not pictured), I wanted to recreate the plate Rosalind carries in the game, but this isn't an existing pattern, so I purchased a platter and painted it myself using acrylic paint. I also created a Shield Infusion to carry around -- I created labels for the Erlenmeyer flask I used and then managed to use yellow Gatorade and a small, waterproof light to create an actual glowing effect.
