About this Costume
Construction Details:
Wig bought on ebay. Only had to trim up the bangs.
nDress made from left over pink and white casa satin. Used interfacing in the shoulders, top and bow. Skirt holds it's shape due to a hoop skirt that I rigged to have an opening in the front of the dress.
n Crown made from worbla thanks to Volkodav being generous to let me use his. It was the first time I had worked with it. The two flowers are worbla and can be taken off the crown since they had magnets on them and can be placed near the metal clips on the inside. The worbla was primed, sanded and panted with metallic silver leaf. Flowers were painted with white enamel paint, a clear coat and a resign jewel glued in the center.
Personal Thoughts:
Samurai Kiss, Sundari chan and I have been talking about doing a Project A-ko cosplay group since 2010. It was one of the first anime we watched together when we started becoming friends. We were all excited to know we all grew up watching and loving the series. I've already cosplayd C-ko before in her school uniform, so I wanted to make something different. Since we wanted to cosplay from the 1st movie, I decided on going with Princess C-ko. ^__^<br />
Big thanks to Volkodav for taking these humorous and very much in character photos of us! <3
