Construction Details:

Dyed/painted/drew on/embroidered/generally annihilated various scrap fabrics that we had on hand. I think I only bought one piece of fabric for the dress, and even that was from a second-hand store. Then I just cut out shapes that I knew were generally what a dress looked like and stitched them together in many different ways.
nArms and legs were tights that that I dyed, sharpied the lines on, and stitched with embroidery floss.
nWig was a "swimcap" like thing I made out of a t-shirt, with two colors of yarn "wefts" sewn on top. I used a spray adhesive to keep the yarn in place to not show the base cap.
I used a Disguise Stix by Graftobian, because it was the only thing I could find in the right color (I didn't have time to order online). I would NOT recommend them. It was...difficult to apply, to say the least.
