Construction Details:

I made this dress in about three days a week before AMKE. The dress is made of about 10 yards of white spandex knit material with a boned and lined bodice. The circles are all satin stitched appliques. I used a variety of trims and lace for the details. The wings are made of wire, organza, and horse hair braid. The crown is wood with various rhinestones, half a heart shaped toggle, and rhinestones.
nI went all out with the pearls because I love the version of Serenity that Prince Diamond obsesses over and I wanted to channel that with this costume <3

Everyone wanted this dress as a kid, right? I know I did!
