Construction Details:

Jacket: Made with a heavily modified Burda pattern from dark blue 100% wool. Fully lined. Features a system of buttons and snaps to make sure it lays nicely in the front.

nBoots: bought from ebay!

nHat and Cape: Made without a pattern using navy faux fur. The cream material is faux sherpa. I love the feeling on it! The hat is reinforced with heavy-weight interfacing.

nUmbrella: Used a clear bubble umbrella as the base. Shoe spray paint was used to make the hearts and the top part is a valentine's day candy holder and a ping pong ball!

Personal Thoughts:

Can't get enough of Fairy Tail cosplay! I absolutely ADORE her first design, moreso than ANY OTHER design in the show. The umbrella posed a few challenges, but overall this costume was pretty easy to make.

Dyed and then styled similarly to my Aries wig. I used foam-core this time to make the roll, though, which is attached to the main wig.
