Construction Details:

Literally just used the base of a red bikini I had. Added yellow/gold mini rhinestones and gold chains. Did some swirly designs with puffy paint and added gold trim to both the top and the bottom.

The peacock fan was made with a base of cardboard and about 100 peacock feathers were used. I then added a couple yards of purple chiffon to the back of it to let it train like a tail and had it wrap around my waist.

Accessories were made with worbla.
