Construction Details:

I worked super hard on this! the boots were white combat boots that I painted the soles, added the pink fold over and got pink laces. I made the pink skater skirt from a stretchy material I found on sale, and stuffed a petticoat under it to make the big poofy sily rwby skirt. the skirt is just a uniform cloth type material I found, I patterned the vest out from scratch, the collar has craft foam sewn into it because I couldn't find buckram, I painted her logo, made the arm sleeves and the "metal" harness is craft foam attached with velcro

Personal Thoughts:

Nora is my favorite character (right now) from RWBY! I had a tough time with some parts of the costume, but over all learned a lot about patterning
