Construction Details:

Top - used a pattern for a fitted sleeveless top, made out of sateen and a stretchy twill. The music note is a jewelry charm I painted
Skirt - Bekalou was awesome and beasted this skirt out for me. Made out of twill
Hair baubles - made from leftover plastic bubbles from Yusei (I still have a ton of them haha)
Bracelet - took 2 plain silver bangles and tied them together using jewelry wire then globbed the wire over with e6000, then attached the jewels.
