Construction Details:

The top is spandex and the designs are painted with Tulip fabric paint, and shell beads are hand sewn on. The necklace was made with bracelets, a necklace chain, and gem piece I had on hand.

nThe grass skirt is a table skirt from Party City that I added a waistband to. The white skirt is done in a textured knit from Joann, with flowers fabric painted on! Sash is done in a cotton knit, also with fabric painted designs! ^.^

Personal Thoughts:

In November of 2016, the world will be introduced to the newest Disney princess, Princess Moana! She is a Polynesian adventurer, and I am SO excited to meet her, so much that I had to pre-game by cosplaying her! It was a challenge though, because there's not much information or resources available yet, but that's okay! I imagine I will remake Moana later on, when I have more visual and character information available!
