Construction Details:

This was a pretty straight forward costume. I used patterns for the top, pants and cloak. I did have to take in the seams for the top and added the zipper in the front for the detail. For the pants I added extended cuffs below the knee that lace up the sides. I found a batik with the perfect pattern for the cloak and also made a shawl that works as the closure. The bracers were patterned out by me and made from leather. The same leather was used to cover the quiver (stitched by hand) which was made from house drain pipes with foam in the bottom for the arrows to stick into. The accessories were also all made by me and the boot accessories were made with worbla. The bow was purchased but was covered in leather that was hand stitched closed.

nSince the cloak was a very light color I over-dyed it to make it a darker blue. I also embroidered appliques for the corners of the cloak.

Personal Thoughts:

This is a fun game and I was happy that Miri suggested we cosplay from it.
