Construction Details:

I am using Joann's Casa Satins in Eggplant and Black for the bows, skirt, and details. I followed Sparkle Pipsi tutorial for the bows and Envel's tutorial for the glove rolls. The gloves are from We Love Colors. Daydreamnessa made the Brooch gem.

Personal Thoughts:

I can't wait to a Sailor scout with my friends at Fanime! : D<br />nI have been intimidated by remaking a sailor outfit but I think now I have leveled up enough as seamstress to do it and be proud! Pluto always fascinated me as a child and I'm so excited to be her. : )

Styling Notes

I am going to sew wefts into the side of the wig to better create the pulled back half-ponytail look. I also bought a wig bun in a matching color.
