Construction Details:

This probably took the most pattern-altering and free-handed sewing so far. Even the wig involved techniques I hadn't used before. While definitely not the most impressive thing out there, this has probably been one of my more advanced costumes so far.

Personal Thoughts:

This is probably my fluffiest of costumes, which had also involved the most wig work and pattern alterations. If I can, I wouldn't mind repeatedly wearing it for a while.

How was the wig colored?

Dip-dyed with magenta to give it a more vibrant color.

Styling Notes

This wig involved a lot more work than my others. The pigtails were stubbed and fixed to stay a lot more secure and the hoops were made separately- with floral wire and matching felt, I created the hoops to attach the extra wefts I had purchased so that the loops would be high and similar to what you see in the source.
